On Tuesday 15 September, Mr Herder and Mrs Brown accompanied seven Year 11 students to Coast Shelter, Gosford to prepare lunch. The students were Dale Patterson, Brock Moore, Jacob Williams, Jon Whyte, Shaye Kidd, Courtney Farrugia and Jarrad Lambert. The students donated much of the food that was prepared for those less fortunate in the local community. The students worked well together as a team, making their guests feel comfortable. They acquired excellent feedback on their lunch with one gentleman commenting it was the most delicious baked cake he had ever tasted on his regular visits to Coast Shelter – thanks Shaye and Courtney.
